Daylight.

Today I have had about 406 calories.
-4 Valentine lollipops (104)
-8 bites of homemade pizza (260)
-1/2 small banana (36)
-6 raspberries (6)

Plus orange juice, but I think I'm going to avoid counting that because I'm sick and need the vitamin C..

I'm waiting for my sorority sisters to come home.. They said they would bring me back froyo, but I don't know what kind or how much or what toppings and I only have 394 calories left for the day...

Edit:
Here's what I ended up with:
Coffee and plain swirl frozen yogurt, with cookie dough, cheesecake pieces, Oreo pieces, M&Ms, mini peanut butter cups, and chocolate syrup, and probably more stuff I can't see.
Ugh. All right, nothing else the rest of tonight, and potentially a 24 hour fast after I finish this.

  1. Hi.. first time here, I like it.

    I think 406 calories is perfect and you know we don't always gain weight after a big meal. Sometimes it just doesn't happen, maybe because we don't eat much the rest of the week, who knows.. I know you must feel like you're gonna be huge tomorrow because "we gain more weight than normal people", but try to ignore that. Eating less doesn't mean we'll be pigs in the morning just because we had a binge the night before.

    as you're writing this, i have mindless consumed 300 calories of chocolate.
    dude. that sounds hot. epskgpskgs;
    also, unlike Flynn's statement, i actually don't tend to gain weight more than normal people when i overeat! x my metabolism quickly adapts. if i want to lose on 1400 calories, i eat 1700-1800 calories for one or so days, gain a kilo of water weight from excessive sodium, and then lose it the next day with a 1400 calorie intake. *which has a deficit for me*

    PS. there's also "gradually" increasing your intake every 4 days by 100 calories. but that doesn't involve mindless stuffing yourself so i call that ineffective. xD.
