Oh please don't plan to b/p. It's not an effective way of losing weight. I mean, think about it. Have you ever had a b/p session and at the end felt like "Yeah, that was a good idea. I'm glad I did that" Think of how much better you would feel going to camp after a couple of days of restricting.
I know it's hard but you're much better off just restricting!
And yeah, binging and purging is usually never the solution to anything but still, sometimes you just have that urge. Maybe it will pass, I don't know.
