You're not half way to 300, you're not even 3/4 of the way. You can conquer binging, you just have to know what's worth it and what's not. What mainly triggers them? Is it the on-campus-in-a-sorority-food-everywhere-you-go environment, is it emotional stress? Figure out what it is and then figure ways to tackle it besides food. If it's the food-everywhere situation, maybe see if your school offers a club or free dietitian?
